The vice president public relations is in charge of the promotional activities for the club.

 Outside the Club Meeting, the VP public relations:

  • Attends district-sponsored club officer training.
  • Promotes the club to local media.
  • Maintains the club Web site and newsletter.
  • Promotes membership programs.
At the Club Meeting, the VP public relations:

  • Announces upcoming events and programs.
  • Asks for contributions to the newsletter and/or Web site.
  • Greets members and guests.
